  1. OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE

This Clarification Text has been prepared by INTERNATIONAL FOCUS SCHOOLS ÖZEL EĞİTİM ÖĞRETİM HİZMETLERİ TURİZM BİLGİSAYAR ORGANİZASYON LTD.ŞTİ (IFS) as a data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 and the community on Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation.

The target audience of this text is all real persons whose personal data is processed by IFS through the security camera located in our service building.

  1. METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Authorized third parties who process data on behalf of IFS will be able to collect and process your personal data through the security camera located in our service building.

  1. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASON

The personal data in question is automatically processed on the basis of the legal reason stated in Article 5 of the Law that "it is compulsory for the data controller to fulfill his legal obligation" and "data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data controller".

  1. TO WHOM AND FOR WHICH PURPOSE THE PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA CAN BE TRANSFERRED

The personal data in question may be transferred to the judicial authorities or the relevant law enforcement officers upon request to resolve legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation.

  1. RIGHTS OWNED BY DATA OWNERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 11 OF THE KVKK ARE AS FOLLOWS:
    • Learning whether their personal data is processed or not;
    • If their personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this;
    • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, to request information;
    • Knowing and learning the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
    • To request correction of their personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to notify third parties to whom personal data are transferred;
    • Although it has been processed in accordance with the KVKK and the relevant legislation, in the event that the reasons for its processing disappear, to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data and to notify the third parties to whom the personal data is transferred
    • Objection to the emergence of a result against the person himself/hersef by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems;
    • To request the compensation of the damage in case the data owner suffers damage due to the illegal processing of his/her personal data.

Data owners request their requests regarding the above-mentioned rights; by filling and signing the "Data Owner Personal Information Form" together with the information and documents that can clearly identify their identity, or deliver them in person or through a notary public in Beytepe Mahallesi Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Bulvarı 5435 Cadde. No: 2 06800 Çankaya / Ankara address.

Applications can be made by the data owner in person or through a proxy authorized by the data owner by giving a special power of attorney from the notary. IFS will evaluate the application according to the nature of the data subject's request and conclude it within thirty days at the latest.
