Olcay Yıldırım Ünver, graduated from Başkent University, Faculty of Economic Sciences, Atatürk University Business Administration Department in English, İstanbul University Child Development and, Faculty of Education, Preschool Teaching. She completed her English education Anglo-Continental School in England. She also received her Educational Coaching and team coaching training from Sola Unitas Academy.
She has been the founder of Kids Aloud Gaziosmanpaşa since 2011. Its second school, International Focus Schools, was established in Beytepe in 2021. Both schools provide bilingual education (English-Turkish).
It is believed that quality education provided to children between the ages of 0-6, when their perceptions are most clear, is the greatest investment for the future of children.
